Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is the much-anticipated sequel to 2018’s Bumblebee and the seventh installment in the long-running Transformers franchise. The movie is set to be released on June 23, 2023, and will see Optimus Prime and his fellow Autobots and Maximals join forces to take on a new foe—the Terrorcons.
The movie is directed by Steven Caple Jr., who has described the film as a “true reboot” of the franchise. In addition to the new characters, the movie will also bring back some familiar faces, including Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime and John DiMaggio as Bumblebee. There was also a presentation to investors that revealed some apparel displays for the movie, which suggests that the movie will feature some merchandising opportunities for fans.
